Standard, Prime, and Pro model was distributed in global markets with varying processor, RAM, and ROM configuration. Following the Mi5, the all new Mi5s duo were brought in the market in the month of September 2016 a couple of weeks after the launch of the iPhone 7 and the 7 Plus.

Xiaomi Mi5s Plus with Dual-lens camera setup
The Mi5s was launched along with its bigger variant called Mi5s Plus that boasts a dual lens camera setup. While all the Mi5 game is on the premium side of the price factor, Xiaomi is working on an affordable variant of the Mi5 that is expected to be launched soon.
Rumored to go by the name Xiaomi Mi5c, the smartphone will likely be packed with Xiaomi’s own Pinecone System-on-Chip. Reportedly, the Pinecone SoC will employ ARM Cortex A53 Octa-Core processor clocked at 2.2Ghz. The smartphone maker has been working on the Pinecone from some time now and finally it shall debut on the Xiaomi Mi5c.
